Este tema aparece en el primer disco de BLACK SABBATH ;hubo quienes interpretaron que el significado de su titulo era Nativity In Black(Navidad Negra),pero Ozzy se encargó de aclarar que no se referian a eso si no a la punta de la barba(Punta:NIB) de Bill Ward,el batero de la banda.
Es un tema muy pesado que a mi me gusta mucho;les dejo la letra en ingles y en castellano.
